James (Jim) Sleith is the owner of the business.
He has spent circa 30 years working in industries ranging from Hotel & Catering, Exhibitions & Publishing, Telecoms, Drinks and FMCG as well as Energy Consultancy Services, Property Services and Construction and now with JMS.
He has also written credit policies for companies based in Europe, USA, Australia, Thailand and Malaysia as well as collecting debts in those areas.
As well as gaining vast experience in his chosen field of expertise he has an enviable list of contacts from Credit Controllers, Accountants, Solicitors, Construction Industry Adjudicators and I.T. Professionals.
He held membership of The Chartered Institute of Credit Management for over 12 years

We are highly focussed on results and have an in-depth grasp of Credit Control procedures and legislation, with some degree of morality thrown in for good measure.

We have also been very successful in debt collection whilst collecting compensation, costs and interest, thus reducing debts and debtor days not only at minimal cost but turning debts into profit. We specialise in collecting older debts.
